  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup almond meal
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground cloves

  • 1 cup chopped almonds or macadamia nuts
  • 4 tablespoons flax seed powder (flax meal)
  • 12 tablespoons chilled water

Steps:
